Decor Marinos E.E. was founded in Athens in 2002 by Giorgos Marin.
Born in Romania, he moved to Athens in 2000. He began working as a contractor before founding Decor Marinos Constructions with his team.
Our project archive includes work in hotels, apartment buildings, homes, commercial premises and public buildings.
Our team includes more than 50 carefully selected workers, alongside contractors, engineers, architects, lawyers and other specialists.
We combine design and planning with construction work. Our services also include support for building and small-scale works permits, according to the requirements of each project.
We adapt the size of our teams to the requirements and each phase of the project. Through our partner network, we can bring in the people and specialist skills needed to support proper execution and meet the agreed schedule.

We work with architects, civil engineers and tradespeople across different specialities. The design of a space is considered alongside its practical construction needs, giving decisions a clear direction before work begins.
We support planning and design, as well as the process for building and small-scale works permits, according to the project. The responsible engineer assesses the requirements of the property and the proposed changes.
